We welcome men and women - Maori and Pakeha - who have served in the New Zealand armed services to join the New Zealand Sub-Branch of New South Wales.
Join us, and you'll be able to meet and socialise with other Kiwis at our sub-branch meetings and functions, and will enjoy the camaraderie while you reminisce about shared friends, places and experiences.
As well as overseas service, home service in the RNZN, N.Z. Army and the RNZAF qualifies you for full RSL membership, as does war service in the Merchant Navy.
March with us and visiting Kiwis at the head of Sydney's yearly ANZAC Day march. After the march join us at the Chatswood RSL Club for post-march fellowship and friendship.
Dual membership:
If you are already a member of another RSL sub-branch, perhaps in your home area, you can become a full member of the N.Z. Sub-Branch, and stay in your original sub-branch as an associate member. Or if you hold or aspire to hold office in your original sub-branch, you can keep your eligibility for speaking, voting and holding office while becoming a social member of the N.Z. Sub-Branch.
Your New Zealand Sub-branch in Sydney liaises with the Royal RSA HQ in Wellington, to help you with any problems resulting from your previous service.

Meetings:
Meetings, which are at the Chatswood RSL Club, are usually on a Monday morning. However, the time could be varied as more members want to meet at some time out of working hours. After business, members usually lunch together, and generally chat and socialise. We also publish a newssheet - NewZletter - to keep members involved, specially members outside Sydney.
